Shipping Policy


DISPATCH TIME
Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be dispatched. We aim to get your parcels out as quickly as possible, some may even go the name or next business day (Please expect delays during promotional periods and large events such as Christmas) 

How long does it take for your parcel to get to you?

Regular AusPost
3 - 6 business days (may very during public holidays) within Australia 
2 - 4 business days within Victoria

Express AusPost
1-3 business days

Parcel postage times does NOT include dispatch time.

NOTE: During peak holiday times, parcel postage may be delayed.
Plan your purchases accordingly.

Once we lodge your parcel with Australia Post we have no control of delivery times and chain of responsibility ends with us and is passed on to Australia Post.

Please take care that the delivery address details are entered correctly at the time of check out. We are unable to take responsibility for any incorrect addresses entered at check out. Should your parcel be returned to us there will be a $15.00 admin fee to re send the same parcel once it has arrived to us plus any additional fees charged by Australia post. Should your parcel be delivered to the incorrect address that you entered at the checkout this is not our fault and Galloway Indulgence holds no responsibility.

We send all our parcels via Australia Post

This does not apply to wholesale purchases. 

PICK UP

When pickup is selected at checkout, You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection. Usually 1-2 business days from the date of  your order. We will then contact you to arrange an appointment for pickup of your parcel. We do not accept pickup after 6pm.

If multiple orders are placed, we will not automatically combine orders unless you e-mail to ask us to do so, If an order has been assigned a postage label we are unable to combine orders. If you find that you've made an error during checkout, it is very important that you contact us via email gallowayindulgence@gmail.com ASAP to make any changes, as it is our goal to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Express delivery refers to DELIVERY ONLY and does not accelerate fulfilment. Fulfilment of orders occurs in order as they are placed. 

Christmas and New Year Shipping is the hardest time to predict shipping and delivery so please bear with us while we work on getting your goodies as soon as we can.
